Do I have to use one of your house plans, or can I use a house plan that I have my heart set on?

We have many house plans that you can chose from within our collection, or we can gladly build any house plan that you present to us. Additionally, if you can’t find the ‘perfect’ plan, we can refer you to a designer or architect to help you achieve exactly what you want.

How difficult is the process of building a custom home?

Building a home with with us is an enjoyable experience. We work together through the entire process, from house placement on the lot to selecting your finishes inside and out. We make building your home fun and exciting, just as it should be!

How many houses do you build in a year, and how long will it take to build our home?

We build around 4 to 6 homes a year. Building a custom home takes a little more time during the preparation and construction stages. Once the building process begins, it usually take 6 to 7 months to complete.

Where can I see some of the homes you have built?

Over the years we have built a great many homes in beautiful neighborhoods in Wilmington and the surrounding area. We would love for you to drive by to view the outside, and can provide interior photos for most you will see. There are also lots of examples in our online building projects gallery and on our Facebook page.

Do clients and builders work together directly?

Yes. I have remained a small, manageable company so I can work directly with clients on all aspects of your build. I maintain direct contact with all the suppliers and sub-contractors we choose throughout the process.
